Wallet and deposits
The Billing page shows the current workspace wallet balance and the payment workflow currently available to that workspace.
Understand the wallet
The wallet card shows the available balance, currency, and last update time. Select the refresh action to request the newest balance. Always confirm the workspace name before depositing funds.
Make a deposit
Create a deposit order
Select Create deposit order. Infralane generates an order ID used to match the external payment to this workspace.
Copy the order ID
Copy the exact ID and keep the billing page open. The ID is a payment reference, not a password, but share it only with people involved in the payment or support process.
Open the payment form
Use the payment action shown by the dashboard. The available provider can depend on the workspace and current platform configuration.
Enter the reference exactly
Paste the deposit order ID into the requested payment-reference field. A missing or incorrect ID can delay matching and crediting.
Complete payment and wait for verification
Finish the provider’s payment steps. Crediting may require verification; refresh the wallet later to see the updated balance.
Do not create repeated orders or repeat a payment because the balance has not updated immediately. First check the provider receipt, order ID, and workspace, then contact support with non-sensitive payment details.
Safe billing support details
You may provide the workspace name, order ID, payment-provider receipt reference, amount, currency, date, and current wallet status. Redact full card details, mobile-money PINs, bank credentials, passwords, and one-time codes.
Pricing and capacity
Resource-pool creation shows an estimate based on the selected CPU, memory, and storage. Use the current dashboard and pricing page for authoritative prices and included usage. Old screenshots and examples may be outdated.
Wallet unavailable
Confirm the selected workspace and your permission. Select Retry wallet or refresh once. If the issue remains, contact support with the workspace name and exact customer-facing error.
